Rights for the Client and Artist:
• The artist retains full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artworks unless commercial/resale rights are purchased.
• The artist reserves the right to:
• Display commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.
• Decline or cancel commissions that violate personal boundaries, platform rules, or applicable laws.Client Rights (Personal Use License):The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only, including icons, wallpapers, and personal social media posts.
• Repost the artwork with clear and visible credit to the artist.The client may not:
• Claim the artwork as their own.
• Edit, trace, redistribute, or alter the artwork without permission.
• Use the artwork commercially without purchasing resale rights.- Violation of these terms may result in blacklisting, DMCA takedowns, or legal action.

Commercial & Resale Rights:
• Commercial and resale rights are not included in the base commission price.
• Commercial/resale rights are available for 3× the total commission price (base price + add-ons).
• Purchasing these rights allows the client to:
• Sell the artwork or products featuring the artwork.
• Use the artwork for marketing, branding, merchandise, or monetized content (e.g. videos, streams).Commercial rights must be purchased upfront and cannot be added retroactively after the artwork is completed.
The artist retains authorship and moral rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.Time taken to finish:
• Estimated completion time ranges from 1 week to 2 months, depending on workload and commission complexity.
• The artist will notify the client if delays occur due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Communication will take place via email or Discord (see contact information on the homepage).
• Commission details must be fully discussed and approved before payment is accepted.
• The artist will provide updates during the sketch, detailing, and coloring stages.
• If the client provides insufficient details or chooses not to discuss specifics, creative decisions will be made at the artist’s discretion, and revision options may be limited.
• Final files will be delivered digitally via GoogleDrive or Discord in high quality.Pricing & Additional Fees:
All fees are calculated based on the base price plus any add-ons:
• Rush Order: +50% of total price
• Large or Multiple Accessories: +20% of total price
• Complex or Difficult Poses: +35% of total price
• Commercial use and resale rights are not included in the base commission price.
• Commercial / resale rights are available for 3× the total commission price (base price + add-ons).
- Purchasing these rights grants the client permission to:
• Sell the artwork or products featuring the artwork
• Use the artwork for marketing, branding, merchandise, or monetized content (e.g. streams, videos)
• The artist still retains authorship and moral rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment is accepted via PayPal. Robux payments may be accepted in limited cases.

• Currency conversions (USD to Robux) are calculated based on the original USD price.• Full refunds are available only if work has not started.
• Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued if the client cancels after payment but before the sketch is completed, at the artist’s discretion.
• No refunds will be issued once:
• The sketch has been approved, or
• The commission has entered the detailing or coloring stage, or
• The final artwork has been delivered.
• Refunds will not be issued due to:
• Change of mind
• Style dissatisfaction
• Failure to provide references or clear instructions
• Client inactivity or lack of response for 14 days or more (commission may be considered abandoned)
• Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch and early detailing stages.
• Major changes requested after approval may require additional fees or a new commission.
• The client is responsible for providing accurate references and details from the start.Frequently asked questions;
Can I repost/share your art? Ofc ^^! Just please don't forget to mention me and don't break the mention with “/” like @/xoxo.yama
Can I edit the art/add stuff? You may edit, crop, resize, and add stuff on the piece i gave you but you also still need to give me credits.
Can I resell your art? Only when you pay for it, which is the additional x3 of the full piece. After that, you are free to resell it as many times you want! It’s fully yours.
What do you use to draw? Procreate, iPad Air 13 inch with apple pencil pro.
What are the brushes you use? I use brushes i took from my Chinese teacher. Feel free to ask for the files.
Can I use your art as pfp? For commissioners yes. If you are a non commissioner and want to use a commissioner's drawing as a profile picture you are gonna have to ask the commissioner for their permission. However, for non-commissions. yes you can. Make sure to mention who drew it if asked please!
Can you not post the commission? I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. Posting it to my sites or making speed paints. However, if the commission is personal, I will ask for the commissioner's permission to post.Thank You!
