Terms of Service

Rights for the Client and Artist:
As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of all artworks I create, including commissioned works, unless resale rights have been purchased. This includes the right to post, display, or use the artwork in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless the commissioner and I agree otherwise in writing.As the client, you have the right to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal purposes (e.g. icons, wallpapers, social media banners).
- Request updates during the process and ask for reasonable changes at the sketch and detailing stages.
- Repost the artwork with proper credit.
- Purchase full rights for resale, which then grants you the ability to use the art commercially, as outlined in the pricing section.Violation of either party's rights may result in blacklisting, DMCA claims, or appropriate legal action.

Contact between the artist and the commissioner:
Contacting is via email or discord (check my contacts at home page) we will talk through the whole details to make sure I give you exactly what you asked for and to make sure you're satisfied, I will keep updating you on the sketch, details and even the colors for any changes and to make sure you like what you see. The final product is gonna be submitted by email/discord for the high quality. If the client doesn't want to discuss details I will take it as if I am free to do whatever I want with the commission.Time taken to finish:
The drawing might take from a week to 2 months based on my work schedule and your commission and all the details!! I will contact you if I had an emergency and need more time. Keep in mind that I immediately start working on the commission as soon as you pay me upfron! I will not accept payment before discussing the commission fully.

The following fees are based on the total cost of the base price plus any add ons.
Rush Job: +50% of total price (Skip the line if there's one, or hit the desired date)
Use for Resale: x3 of total price (Applies to products, marketing, or streams)
Adding big/lots of accessories (small ones are free if few): +20% of total price.
A specific hard pose: +35% of total price (an obvious hard/unique poses unless I am capable of doing it.)Payment:

Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. I’m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission = paying again. To avoid that make sure to give me the full details of what you want and need from the start and sending photos as a reference are OK.Frequently asked questions;
Can I repost/share your art? Ofc ^^! Just please don't forget to mention me and don't break the mention with “/” like @/xoxo.yama
Can I edit the art/add stuff? You may edit, crop, resize, and add stuff on the piece i gave you but you also still need to give me credits.
Can I resell your art? Only when you pay for it, which is the additional x3 of the full piece. After that, you are free to resell it as many times you want! It’s fully yours.
What do you use to draw? ibisPaint X, iPad Air 13 inch with apple pencil pro.
What are the brushes you use? I use brushes i took from either Pinterest or the ibisPaint X that are close to watercolors.
Can I use your art as pfp? For commissioners yes. If you are a non commissioner and want to use a commissioner's drawing as a profile picture you are gonna have to ask the commissioner for their permission. However, for non-commissions. yes you can. Make sure to mention who drew it if asked please!
Can you not post the commission? I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. Posting it to my sites or making speed paints.Thank You!
